DUTIES / RESPONSIBLITIES OF SECURITY PERSONNELS

Managements surprise round.
Maintaining of daily log books & registers.
Round the clock customer service & patrolling.
Checking of all incoming / outgoing goods and vehicles.
Monitoring / Controlling movement regarding activities.
Personnel and physical search of employees / visitors (Optional)
Trained female security personnel’s for frisking & search of female employees.
Age limit for security guard between 18 yrs. To 65 yrs. / Ex-serviceman up to 70 yrs.
At least four night round will be taken by the area field officers monthly, apart from senior.
Security personnel will carry out the duties assigned, as per your instructions within security parameters only.
In case shortage of security guard, the relievers will be provided within 2 hours, form reliving the information at Head Office.
Supervision and special checking carried out by Area / Field / Night round officers to check up the performance and effectiveness of the security staff.
Prejudicial to its interest, on weekly & monthly basis. Every forth night the senior management personnel will held a meeting with the company’s society management.
Security / Area / field officers will be authorized to arrange the security personnel to improve effective & efficient security arrangement as they many feel deemed fit form time to time.
Conducting surprise check to create fear in the mind or miscreants and intruders, (Any other work related to the security assigned by management in writing, within the security the framework).

STANDARD DUTIES OF GUARD

Control of common electrical fittings within the premises.
Maintenance of inward / outward records of all visitors and all materials.
Checking of goods loading/unloading, maintaining paperwork/documentation where necessary.
Alert & energetic guarding of premises, entry / exist gates and other sensitive areas predestined by the client.
Maintenance of daily long book and reporting to the premises authority concerned, every morning by our security supervisor on a daily basis.
